This kit includes both LH and RH Lower GM Control Arms, with the opition of upgrading the bushings.

Note: these are the same control arms used on the FE5 suspension with softer bushings for a smoother ride.

Benefits of bushing upgrade
In order to improve suspension performance the first rule is to reduce friction in the components and secondly and to reduce compliance.
Stock suspension has rubber bushings, in racing we use spherical joint that resist dirt, salt, corrosion.

The result is no compliance, very little friction and only negative trade off is harshness over train tracks etc.
Performance in autocross and drag strip and road racing is excellent.
